Carefully consider whether you're ready for you home to sell quickly and you're faced with a looming moving deadline. A CRS agent can help you make many of these decisions and give you insight into the real estate market. Are homes like yours selling quickly? Is there a lot of competition on the market? Likewise, look into the types of houses currently for sale. Are listings scarce or are there many to choose from? Is there a variety in house size and price?

Discuss your expectations of a new house, from which neighborhood you desire to its size and number of rooms.
